He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Slack and Gladys M. Slack (Voorhees); his wife Theadora Slack (Mount); and his daughter Denise Haney. He is survived by: his children, Colleen Schaneberger (Anthony), Colette Vail, John Nagy (Wanda), Kenny Slack, Kevin Slack and Kirk Slack; and his cousin Larry Stocker. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren.
