He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Dugey and Catherine Dugey (Stull); and his former wife Lois Jane (Donnelly). He is survived by: his sons, Charles R. Dugey, Jr. (Christine) of Nazareth and Randy Dugey (Karen) of Saylorsburg; his stepdaughter Brenda Kern (Chris) of Sciota; his brother Thomas Dugey Sr. of Phillipsburg, NJ; and his wife Carolyn Ellen (Shuman). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
