He is survived by: his wife Catherine Cowell (Sheehy) of Saylorsburg, PA; his children, Sandra Jones (Dave) of Easton, PA, Suzanne Transue (George) of Saylorsburg, PA and Christopher Cowell (Melanie) of Blanchard, OK.; and his sister Pamela Plone (Michael) of Delray Beach, FL. He is also survived by several nephews and cousins.
