She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Lee Frankenfield. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Henderson Eldridge of Saylorsburg, PA.; her children, James Philhower Jr., John Philhower and Tracy Philhower; and her grandchildren, Payton, Khloey, Madison, Sophia and Charlotte. She is also survived by Siblings, 9 sisters 4 brothers, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rupell Funeral Home (465 Memorial Pkwy, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In Lieu of Flowers, donations may be made to the family to assist with funeral costs.
