He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Kelly and Addie Manon Kelly (Snyder); and his sister Bonnie McCann. He is survived by: his wife Josephine Kelly (Giornesto); his children, William C., Chambersburg, Mary Jo Pronio (Michael) and Hummelstown; his sister Mary Louise Regan (Teets); his grandchildren, Elizabeth McDannell (Kevin), Megan Miller, Chad Kelly (Julie), Laurel Maryland, James Pronio, Asburn, Virginia, Natalie Pronio, Hershey, Matthew Pronio and Ellen Pronio; and his great grandchildren, Mackenzie Miller, Rachel McDannell, Eliott Miller, Alexander McDannell and Ashton Kelly. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
