He is survived by: his wife Darlene Notestine (Hinkle); his children, Steven "Don" Notestine Jr. (Niechele), Daniel Notestine and Christina Sparks (Scott); his granddaughters, Makenzie and Brooke; and his siblings, Brian, Brad, Dave and Cindy McMurtrie.
