She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruben Hoover and Reba Hoover (Brown); her husband James Rickabaugh; and her sister Dorothy. She is survived by: her half-sister Eva Stone (James); and her stepsister Ethel Rodgers. She is also survived by 8 step children.
