He is survived by: his parents, Gary Robert Sichko (Jackie Harris) of Indiana, PA and Susan Bork (Walsh); his children, Taylor D., Celeste O., Lauren A. and Gabriel T.; his siblings, Eric McMullen, Marie Dumm, Peter, Paul McMullen and Lynette; his mother-in-law Virginia Kaufman of Saxton, PA; his sister-in-law Becky Lee Matea; his nieces and nephews, Hunter Cassatt, Ryan Weakland, Jordon McMullen, Sarah McMullen, Gavin Dumm, Paige Dumm and Abby McMullen; and his friends, Mike and Skipper.
