He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Chamberlain (Lacey); his children, Nikki Pham (Duc), Marissa Valencia (Frederico) and Daniel Chamberlain (Catriona); and his brothers, James Chamberlain (Judith) of York, PA and Leslie Chamberlain (Marie) of Wood, PA.. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
