Hall (Kagarise); his children, Leroy Hall (Stacey), Gary Hall (Bethann), Emerson Hall of Dudley, PA, Shirley Lohr (Joe) of New Paris, PA and Wayne Hall (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Leroy Hall Jr., Chanda Eckman, Katrina Shimp, Aaron Hall, Justin Smith, Lexie Olschewski, Fred Hall Jr., Ashley Hall, Alisha Hall, Shayla Hall, Gary Hall II, Patty Lingenfelter, Blair Saylor, Heather Saylor, Natasha Hall, Timberly Lohr and Jenna Hall; and his siblings, Alton Hall, Sam Hall, Nancy Walton, Florence Hess, Joe Hall and Fern Otto. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
