She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Carl and Vera Olive Reed (McDannell); her spouse Emmit L. Foor, Sr.; her daughter Cynthia Miller of Virginia; her stepdaughter Rebecca Smith; her siblings, Bessie V. Cogan, Dorothy M. Foor and George C. Reed; and also Wayne H. Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth C. Reed (Donna), Ellen M. Hill (Ernest) and Vera Mae Havemann (Russell); and her stepchildren, Arthur Foor (Connie), Emmit E. Foor Jr. (Judy), Pastor Marion G. Foor (Debbie), Edward C. Foor (Shannon) and Freda V. Melius. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, numerous great great grandchildren and twenty-eight step grandchildren.
