She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Shaffern and Margaret Shaffern (Figard); her husband James W. Kuklo; and her siblings, Phyllis Sgrignoli (David), Judith Houck (John), James Stanley Shaffern and Stanley James Shaffern.
She is survived by: her daughters, Maggie Hays (Gary Bernat) and Jamie Allison (late Tom Allison); her sisters, Joan Ross (Norman) and Caroline Wright; her grandchildren, Stephanie Young (David), Ryan Hays (Chelsey), Brandon Allison, Amanda Allison and Chelsey Allison; and her great grandchildren, Madison Wright and Barrett James Young.
