It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Swope of Saxton, Pennsylvania, born in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 23, 2023, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Swope Sr. and Carol K. Swope (Knisely); and his nephew Ronnie Shane Wright. He is survived by: his siblings, James A. Swope, Jr. (Tammy) and Terrie Wright (Ronald); his nieces, Brittany Swope and Tiffany Wright; his nephew Michael Swope; his great-nieces, Brynleigh Wright and Londyn Wright; his caregiver Sherell Morgan; and his pet Jerry Lee.
