He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Rhodes and Mary Marie Rhodes (Dzwonczyk); and his brother-in-law Warren Manegan. He is survived by: his daughter Wendy Manspeaker; his friends, Rocky Yablonski of Saxton and Jacki Rhodes (Jay Williams) of Saxton; his grandchildren, KayLee Rhodes (Timothy Hanson), Cheyanne Manspeaker (Victor Lord) and Tanner James Manspeaker (Alyssa); his great grandchildren, Timothy III and Hanson of Arizona; and his sisters, Patricia Manegan and Carol Zimmerman (Joe).
