It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gladys Mae (Whitfield) Roman of Saxton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 20, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Whitfield and Arvada Whitfield (Stevenson); her husband John Roman; her sons, Randy Roman, Steve "Fluge" Roman and Scott "Tucker" Roman; her grandson Brandon Roman; and her siblings, Ruth Reed, Johnny Whitfield and Don Stevenson.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Pembrooke; her grandchildren, Jason Neville (Delonda), Brittany Pembrooke (Cody Rourke) and Traci Wilson (Todd); her great grandchildren, Kie Pembrooke and Fiancé of Vinnie Coy; her great great grandchild Jace Coy; her sister Marian "Tiny" Ayers; and her friend Bingo. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
