She was predeceased by: her parents, Orbison Charles and Ruth LaRue Brode (Carberry); her husband Boyd Edward Lemin; her close friend Dixie Heaton; her son Jesse Lemin; her siblings, Omar, Ellis "Tiny", Vaughn Brode and Mae Johnson (Brode); and her grandson Joseph Smith Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Linda Smith (Joe), Connie Batzel (Ken), Dawn McEldowney (Shawn) and Edward Lemin; her daughter-in-law Christy Lemin; her sister Ruth Ann DeLuca (Malvin); and her grandchildren, Candice Benton, Kylee Ritchey, Macala Lemin, Jesse Lemin, Janelle Lemin, Lindsey Hughes, Kendra Wheelden, Nicole McCreary, Cierra Diehl and Lelan McEldowney. She is also survived by 23 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Curtis A. Heath Funeral Home Inc. P.O. Box 214, Broad Top City, PA. 16621 to assist the family with final expenses.
