He is survived by: his daughters, Audrea L. Slater of Saxonburg and Michelle Palmer of Saxonburg; his grandchildren, Daniel Slater of Saxonburg, Rachelle Palmer of South Park and Brysin Mentch of Lyndora; and his sister Darla Foertsch of Zephyr Hills, FL. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
