It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wanda Acre of Saxonburg, Pennsylvania, born in Butler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 12, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Howard Christy Robb and Alice Elizabeth Michael Robb; her husband Sidney Wesley Acre, Jr.; her brother Charles Clifford Robb; and her great grandchild Tyler Machen.

She is survived by : her children, Christine Machen (Lewis) of New Kensington, Wesley Acre (Lisa) of Saxonburg, Raymond Acre of Anchorage, AK, Darryl Acre (Beth) of Tarentum and Keith Acre (Marsha) of Butler; her sister Elizabeth Ann Bittinger (Robb) of Baden; and her nieces, Chery Belli (Bittinger) of New Kensington and Beverly Cobern (Bittinger) of Baden, PA. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren.

She was a very proud of the number of blankets she made for the Linus Foundation.
