He was predeceased by: his mother Ann Louise Flack. He is survived by: his father Thomas M. Flack; his wife Renae; his siblings, Margie Englert, Venice Honick, Marie Von Dolteran, Fawn McGuigan (Ken), Gina Honick (Ross) and Erick Flack; his parents-in-law, William and JoAnne Bell; his siblings-in-law, Heather Bell and Robert Bell (Karen); and his friends, Matthew Flaherty and Mike Kweder. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Fox Funeral Home, Inc. (410 W Main St, Saxonburg, PA 16056). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to the Butler County Humane Society.
