It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley L. Osche of Saxonburg, Pennsylvania, born in Butler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 1, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clair Cooper and Lucille Oesterling Cooper; and her brother Charles Cooper. She is survived by: her husband Orvil A. Osche; her children, Mark Osche (Rhonda) of Plum Borough and Lisa Steavens of New Kensington; her grandchildren, Hunter, Jordyn, Shawn, Ryan and James-Douglas; and her brothers, Kenneth Cooper (Nancy) of New York, Walter Cooper of Butler and James Cooper (Janet) of Butler. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
