She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Rieger and Dorothy Beckwith Rieger. She is survived by : her husband Kenneth Wissinger; her daughter Sandra Fritch (Thomas) of Kittanning; her sister Trenece Wisnick (Gary) of Natrona Heights; her grandchildren, Kashmir, Derek, Amber and Brandon; and her great grandchildren, Kenleigh and Layna.
