She was predeceased by: her parents, William Smyth and Georgina Appleton Smyth; and her husband Dale W. Matheson. She is survived by: her daughters, Janice Klinzing (Rod) and Margaret Boyle (Jeff) of Saxonburg. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and one great great-grandson.
