He was predeceased by: his father Paul S. Bartley; his wife Elizabeth Ann Bartley (Schilling); and his siblings, Glenna E. Duke and John P. Bartley. He is survived by: his children, Samuel L. Bartley (Sue) of Valencia, Sharon L. Gross (Scott) of Mars, Mark L. Bartley of Valencia, Roy G. Bartley (Fatima) of Valencia and Philip W. Bartley (Cathy) of Valencia; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Danielle, Peter, Samantha, Talia, Lance and Raphael.
