She was predeceased by: her husband Sgt. Carl J. Morgain; her parents, Helen J. Sankey (Logut) and Arthur D. Sankey; her siblings, Larry Sankey, Artie Sankey Jr., Christine Rothman (Sankey) and Veronica Morrow (Sankey); and her parents-in-law, Terry Moore, Dr. David Rothman and Cherie Sankey.
She is survived by: her children, Zachary Macurak of Saxonburg and Madison Morgain (Billy McGregor) of Slippery Rock; her grandson Cooper Macurak; her sister Sherri Moore of Butler; her mother-in-law Carol F. Morgain; her siblings-in-law, Janet Waag (Morgain) and Scott Waag; and her pet Oliver "Ollie". She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
