He is survived by: his wife Joan Loebig Zotter; his children, John Zotter, Valerie Bailey (Duane), Frank Zotter and Matthew Zotter (Amanda); and his grandchildren, Jordyn Blendinger (Paul), Merrik Kamholz and Zoë Zotter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
