She was predeceased by: her husband John W. Tusing; her parents, Laird Riggle and Freda Riggle (Peppler); and her brother Emerson Riggle. She is survived by: her children, Karen L. Cook of Glendale, AZ and Allen J Tusing (Janet M. Tusing) of Midlothian, VA; and her significant other Clarence Wagner. She is also survived by grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
