She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dolak and Anna Fredor Dolak; her husband John F. Thacik; her siblings, George Dolak and Julia Ann Leo; and her great grandchild Paul Marencic.
She is survived by: her children, John E. Thacik (Mary Ann) of Venetia, PA and Susan M. Duttenhoeffer (Richard) of Saxonburg; her grandchildren, John G. Thacik (Jacque), Julie Marencic (Andy), Rachel Risden (Aaron) and Hannah Duttenhoeffer; and her brothers, John Dolak of North Hills and David Dolak (Patricia) of Columbia, SC.. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
