She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hofer and Hilda Rhea Hofer; her husband Edgar Hay; and her sisters, Evelyn Caton, Ruth Halliday and Corrine Hofer.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Hay (Tina) of Saxonburg, Wayne Hay of Saxonburg and Karen Chabal of Saxonburg; her grandsons, Scott, Jr., Morgan, Andrew and Colt; and her great grandchildren, Harper and Asher.
