He is survived by: his children, Craig Chuhra (Stephanie) of Kittanning, Amanda Tissler (Joe) of Kittanning, PA and Leanna Sims-Chuhra (Trevor) of Dayton, PA; his sisters, Amy Blair (Paul) of Butler and Sharon Hall (Jeff) of Butler; and his grandchildren, Alissa, Zaadyn, Aaliyah, Gabriel, Sofia, Norah and Christian.
