We are sad to announce that on November 23, 2020, at the age of 84, William C. Barnett (Sarver, Pennsylvania), born in Kittanning, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Barnett and Ruby Barnett (Titus); his wife Carolyn J. Barnett (Elgin); and his brother Charles Barnett. He is survived by: his children, William E. Barnett (Susan) of Natrona Heights and Kimberly Sue Smith (Kenneth) of Buffalo Township; his grandchildren, Jeff (Sheila), Jenna (Michael), Joshua (Nicole), Kelly (Frank), Jason, Ken and Scott (Liz); his great grandchildren, Michaela and Amelia; and his sister Jean Davis of Kittanning.
