He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Barger, Sr. and Ethel V. Wolff Barger; and his grandson Eric James Barger. He is survived by: his wife Deretha Neiswonger Barger; his daughters, Debra Puskar (Joseph) of Natrona Heights, Rhonda Schoedel (Peter) of Sarver, Sandra Woolard (Allan) of Kissimmee, FL and Crystal Haus (Robert) of Arnold, PA; and his sister Peggy Evans (Pete) of Oak Ridge, PA. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Fox Funeral Home, Inc. (410 W Main St, Saxonburg, PA 16056). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society and the Wounded Warrior Project.
