She is survived by: her husband Richard S. Adamik; her children, Tammy L. Adamik of Sarver, Richard P. Adamik (Sandy) of Sarver, Tracy A. Adamik (Mary Ellen) of West Deer, Kimberly M. Adamik (Alvin Jones) of Fawn Twp and John M. Adamik of Sarver; her siblings, Larry Falkner (Kathy) of New Brighton, Delores Gizienski of West Sunbury and Charles Falkner (Janet) of Kittanning; her grandchildren, Craig Callen Jr. (Ashley Svitek), Chad Callen, Christy Callen (Jason Weiss), Mark Lepkowski (Lynsey), Cole Adamik (Lynaia), Michelle Guerrieri (Zachary), Kevin Adamik (Yazid Gray), Cory Jones, Nikki Burk (Bob) and Gavin Adamik; her great grandchildren, Charles Kamer, Emma, Caleb Callen, Lucas Callen, Nalaysia, Taysia Harris, Noah Weiss, Matthew, Christopher Lepkowski, Isaac, Ava Guerrieri, Brooks, Bennett Jones and Finn Burk; and her granddaughter Chauna Callen.
