She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Snyder and Estella Sprankel Snyder; her husband Clifford Cypher; and her son Eric Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Regina M. Frain (Gary) of Sarver and Daniel Cypher of Sarver; and her siblings, Dwight Snyder of Leavittsburg, OH and Nadine Foster of Richburg, NY. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
