He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair Peiffer and Esther Peiffer (Leasure); and his siblings, Delmont Peiffer (Hoss), Richard Peiffer (Dick) and Dorothy Stoops.
He is survived by: his wife Renee Peiffer (Schaltenbrand); his children, Kim Phillippi (Mark) of Natrona Heights, Bob Peiffer (Penny) of Sarver, Dennis Peiffer (Roxi) of Brooklyn Park, Deb Carson (Hub) of Freeport, Scott Peiffer (Kelly) of Cabot, Anthony, Ashley, Tara, Paige, Zach, Sam, Jon, Justine, Bri, Sarah, Brad, Alyssa, Grant, Shane, Jacob and Courtney; and his siblings, Marge Giesler of Harrisville and Don Peiffer of Sarver. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society at 333 E Carson St., Suite 441, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.
