He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Palko Sr. and Mary Palko (Kubla); his brother Thomas Palko; and his nephew John Palko. He is survived by: his siblings, Edward T. Palko (Eileen) of Mars, PA, Sylvester Palko (Sarah) of Buffalo Township, PA and Millicent Palko of Buffalo Township; and his nieces and nephews, Edward, Vincent, Dennis, Chad Palko, Annette Kline and Lynne LeClair.
