He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Harvey and Ellen Kuhn Harvey; and his brothers, Dale Harvey, Melvin Harvey and Robert.
He is survived by: his wife Ella Mae Harvey (Schoentag); his daughter Linda Harvey Burkley (Tom); and his grandsons, Andrew Burkley and Thomas Burkley.
