She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Cruikshank and Virginia Cruikshank (Sylves); her husbands, John Kokenda (Jack) and Walt; and her sons, Jeff Duke and Ron Duke.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Reo (Jim) of Allegheny Township, Lori Cochran (Dan) of Columbia, MD, Kelle Dignazio (Frank) of Plum Borough and Judi Dickson (Frank) of Scottsdale, AZ; her daughter-in-law Donna Duke of Sarver; her son John "Mickey" Kokenda (Kristen) of Greenwood, SC; and her brother Gerry of Arroyo Grande, CA.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and their spouses and many great grandchildren and even a great-great grandchild.
