He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine "Casey" Blair (Henderson) and Roy E. Blair; his wife Kathryn "Kathy" Blair; and his sister Mary Lou Blair. He is survived by: his children, Chris Blair (Amy) of Ewing, Bart Blair (Cindy) of Bridgewater, NJ and Yvette Beck (James); his grandchildren, B. J., Brittany, Luke, Hope, Blair, Nikki, Bridget and Joy; and his siblings, Karen Egan of Natrona Heights, Michael A. Blair of Atlanta and Patrick J. (Cindy) of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
