She is survived by: her mother Stefania Mazur Wankowicz; her children, Gabriel Lazarcik (Emily) and Stephanie Hughes (Brandon) of Butler; and her siblings, Andrew Wankowicz of Poland, Christina Podlewski and Diane Oblozo of Poland. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
