He is survived by: his mother Rosemarie Vakulick (Sakala) of Brackenridge; his children, Courtney Petrishen of Sarver, Danni Ladie of Natrona, Daniel Vakulick of Tarentum, Makenna Vakulick of Sarver, Danika Vakulick of Sarver and Presley Vakulick of Sarver; his grandchildren, Jazlyn, Marquees, Nickyla, Uriah and Malek; and his brothers, Richard Vakulick of Brackenridge, William S. Vakulick (Michelle Williams) of Sarver and Steve Vakulick of Brackenridge. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
