He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Ryan and Dorothy Ryan (Bradfield); his wife Margaret "Marge" Graff; and his siblings, Edward, Donnie, Robbie, Carolyn (Cottey), Barbara (Walls) and Dorothy (Neal).
He is survived by: his brother William Ryan (Billy); and his children, Robert F. Ryan (Sarah), Jean Ryan, Joyce Ferry (Thomas), Grand, David A. Ryan, Jr. (Demery), Rachel Ferry, Jennifer Hanson (Josh), Katy Sheffield (Ross), Mirabelle, Sawyer Ryan and Alex Hanson. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
