Hoover (Rusty) of Osceola Mills, PA; his brothers, Ronald Hoover of Osceola Mills, PA, Terry Hoover (Gail) of State College, PA and Charles Hoover (Darlene); and his grandchildren, McKenzie C. Moore, Parker E. Moore, Cole A. Hoover and Seth C. Hoover. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
