Kowalcyk; her children, Deborah Hardeman (Charles) of Martinsburg, PA, Sandra Turner (Bradley) of Moshannon, PA, Shelly Foster (Charles) of Sandy Ridge, PA, Tracy Kowalcyk of Middletown, PA, Cheri Smith (Terry) of Houtzdale, PA, Michael Kowalcyk (Mary) of Sandy Ridge, PA and Stephen Kowalyck of Sandy Ridge, PA; and her brother Ted Beres (Leslie) of Sandy Ridge, PA. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
