He was predeceased by: his stepfather Frank Kerr. He is survived by: his parents, Margaret "Peg" Kerr Reddick (McLuckie) of Stoneboro and Robert G. Devinney (Jan) of Bluffton, SC; his wife Laura Lou Huff; his children, Connor Devinney of Sandy Lake and Boston Devinney (Grisell Hernandez) of Sandy Lake; and his siblings, Terease Schell (George) of Stoneboro, Jacob Devinney of Sandy Lake, Joseph Devinney (Zana) of Mercer, Kristie Devinney-Hoag of Pittsburgh and Amber Devinney of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
