J., Kayla "Toots", Alyson "Punkin", Trent, Sean, Haley, John, Marissa, Adam, Austin, Erika and Hayden; and his siblings, Chester, Dan, Roy, Lonnie, Johnny, Ralph, Jimmy, Ed Cogswell, Keith McCamey, Marie Shaw, Rachel Baker and Polly Hale. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
