It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rachel Alegra Griffin of Sandy Lake, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 18, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles V. Haun and Violette W. Haun (Ellis); her husband James Willard Griffin; her children, Mark David Griffin and Dawn Elaine Griffin; and her brother Larry Asher Haun.
She is survived by: her children, J. Michael Griffin (Donna), Terry Griffin, Gary Griffin (Phoung), Stephen Griffin, Duane Griffin (Donna) and Darryl Griffin (Carol); her siblings, Rebecca Barclay (Joe) and Fred Haun (Alice); and her sister-in-law Julianne Haun. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 17 Great-Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be made in Rachel's name to the Sandy Lake Public Library, PO Box 622, Sandy Lake, PA 16145.
