He was predeceased by: his sons, Gary "Goob" Jenkins (Shelly), Noralynn Cutuli (Tony) and Steven Jenkins (Jen); his sister Dee Pickens (Ron); his parents, Norman L. Jenkins, Sr. and Mabel Elizabeth Jenkins (Palmer); and the mother of his children Kathy O'Hare Jenkins.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Jenkins (Perkins); his son Michael Jenkins (Angela); his stepchildren, Michael Mackins (Crystie) and Michelle Maseth (James); his grandchildren, Cole, Marley, Grant Jenkins, Ben, Anna Cutuli, Christopher, Derrick Jenkins, Nathan, Sebastain, Declan, Callan Maseth, Cruz and Dylan Mackins; and his siblings, Carol Gruca (Bill), Shirl Facey (Will), Chuck Jenkins (Margie), David Peyton (Barbie) and Diane Oster (Ken).
