He is survived by: his mother Geraldine Kudiak (Tenny); his son Michael Kudiak (April) of New Lebanon; his stepchildren, Tom Yanacek (Peggy) of Meadville, Michelle Mahan (Mark) of York and Laurie Combs (Darrell) of Meadville; his grandson Cole Kudiak; his stepchildren, Desiree Fogal, Collin Wrinkler, Abby Mahan, Anna Ross, Jacob Mahan, Caitlin Beagle and Brandon Yanacek; his great grandchild Roman Fogal; and his grandchildren, Kayelynne Fogal, Carter Beagle and Camden Beagle.
