He is survived by: his spouse Alice Shaffer; his children, Donald Irwin, Jr. (Valerie) of North Carolina, David Irwin of Cleveland, Darren Irwin (Diane) of Cleveland, Douglas Irwin of Cleveland, Rose Carter (Rod) of Georgia and Dina Irwin (Phil Zimpfer) of Cleveland, OH; his stepdaughters, Vickie Peterson of Franklin, Cindy Peterson of Franklin and Sue Reed (Dan) of Las Vegas; his grandchildren, Dustin Irwin, Autumn Irwin, Megan Irwin, Eric Irwin, Kim Gallegos and Andrew Nugent; and his sister Martha Prystolaski of Meadville.
