He was predeceased by: his mother Karen L. Krauchak (Fitzpatrick); and his daughter Erika. He is survived by: his father Gerald P. Krauchak; his wife Marie Krauchak (Mathis); his children, Desiree Greene (George) of San Antonio, TX and John Krauchak of Winston-Salem, NC; his grandchildren, Ahvian, Dominique, Peyton and Lauren; and his siblings, Keith Krauchak of Butler and Rebecca D'Antonio of Butler.
